Icon In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we worked on a run-off portfolio with the challenge of achieving profitability without external financing. We applied a dual approach:

The challenge was to shift a traditional corporate, fraudulant and not profitable business into a leaner, more competitive and compliant organization.
