HOW / Approach
We started in the Czech Republic as a proof of concept. Once validated, we rolled the model out step by step into Slovakia, Austria, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland. For each country, we reused the same blueprint but adapted it to local regulatory frameworks and customer expectations.
The blueprint combined:
- A digital-first process platform for B2B2C and B2B2B distribution
- Fast time-to-market (9–12 months per launch) — setting new benchmarks in the industry
- A broad product portfolio covering protection, unit-linked savings, pensions, and group solutions
- A target operating model with lean governance, an efficient cost base, and scalable IT architecture
WHAT / Result
Within just a few years, a single greenfield operation grew into a multi-country network. We integrated dozens of brokers, migrated legacy systems, and delivered break-even significantly faster than industry norms. The approach proved that building and scaling ventures across borders is not only possible — it can be done with speed, discipline, and measurable results.
