In Germany, we acquired a life insurer with limited profitability and unclear focus. We refocused the business, strengthened its commercial engine, and uplifted growth across core indicators. Once stabilized and positioned for success, we exited the company through a profitable sale.
In the Nordics, we executed an acquisition to enable market entry and expansion. By embedding it into our operating and IT model, we turned it into a launchpad for growth in the region, proving that M&A can be an accelerator for market expansion when paired with the right blueprint.
More recently, we have been sourcing and structuring transactions in Central and Eastern Europe.
